False publicity; no respect of terms of contract

1. Claim being able to unlock iPhones with OS 6: not true. It was on their home page until I report it.
2. They admit the next day they could not unlock it, but refuse to reimburse; even if the promise money back guarantee.
3. Their phone number is fake: it does not work. No answer
