Worst experience I ever had with internet service company. They answer e-mail inquiries with lies. They will say whatever they can to keep you off their backs another day. I thought my ipod was being worked under "warranty" three weeks ago. They say there is no problem with parts or anything, just that "warranty" work takes longer. Be very careful before you send your ipod to these people.
