Iranian Tours promised to have my visa ready in prague on the 18th because I told them I would be backpacking in Asia and could not get it after that. They were unresponsive as the deadline got closer. When I passed, I told them I would need to rearrange my travel and they would need to change the pick up point to a difference city. They continued to ignore my urgent requests, often taking 5 or more days to respond. Eventually I found all the bad reviews for them in Google and decided I would not travel with them. I offered them $500 to transfer my tour to a different agency and allow my visa to be picked up in dubai. They threatened to tell the Iranian government that I am a spy and would block me from going to iran. Anoosha was rude and Reza is a liar. Do not trust them, they will take your money but make sure you never actually get your visa. I lost $1500 and my vacation. Don't let it happen to tou
