On the evening of August 13, 2008 Irina bought a chain link dog kennel from me. The price was $125.00. After we loaded the kennel onto her pickup truck and secured it with tie downs, she announced that she didn't have the correct amount of cash unless I could cash a $100.00 bill. Since I could not she promised to mail me the additional $20.00. Of course she never sent the money. I have called and left her several messages at 2 of her telphone numbers and she has never called me back. This woman just does not care about anyone. Shame on her for cheating a senior citizen out of $20.00.
