I ordered a cane from their website for my granfather who just had a stroke is unable to get around unassisted. The price was 27.99 and i get an email back after I ordered it. They said they got the wrong price down on the website and it was acutally 79.99 but i could have 10% off. the same price is still up there. they will sucker you in with false prices.

I am sincerely sorry for the misunderstanding.  I followed up with an email and a phone call to you after discovering the incorrect pricing on the website, in an attempt to resolve the matter.

The item was priced incorrectly and even though we rectified the situation on the website, our shopping cart system will "save" pricing for repeat customers for a period of time.  I'm guessing this is why you saw the old pricing when you returned to the site to verify the difference in price.

My attempt to provide you with a discount under the circumstances was perceived as me taking advantage of you as a customer.  Not as an attempt at a compromise.

I sincerely apologize for the circumstances.
