Iron Trail Motors Gave their verbal word that we would receive floor mats with our car purchase, they lied and now say it is not in writing too bad so sad for you. Virginia Minnesota

 We bought a new vehicle from Iron Trail Motors (Toyota) and were told we would receive floor mats with the vehicle. I have contacted them several times talking with the salesman that sold the vehicle to us.

The salesman has told us he is working on getting them. The next time he says the floor mats we were supposed to get were given to someone else. Then tells us that he has to check with his sales manager about getting us floor mats. Finally he tells us that he was told we did not have it in writing so too bad so sad for us. They aren't giving them to us.
