BOUGHT 6 CONTAINERS OF RIGIDERM IN MAY 08. FELL SICK SHORTLY AFTER AND WENT INTO HOSPITAL FOR 6 MONTHS. CALLED RIGIDERM AND ASKED IF I COULD RETURN ALL OF THE UNOPENED CONTAINERS DUE TO MY MEDICAL PROBLEMS. BECAUSE SEVERAL MONTHS PASSED SINCE ME PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCT THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO GIVE ME ANY KIND OF A REFUND. ANY OTHER COMPANY I CONTACTED AND EXPLAINED MY SITUATION WERE WONDERFUL AND ALL UNDERSTOOD AND RETURNED MY MONEY NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF GUARANTEE THEY HAD.
