IRT Time won a free watch with shipping charges against my visa card Pacoima California

Received an Email stating that I could win a free watch if I paid the shipping charges against my Visa card.
Received a cheap watch that was worth just about the shipping charges of about $8.
I received another watch in Decvember, just as cheap, but they charged my Visa account with over $97. I am returning both watches and notifying my Visa account not to accept any more charges.What a rip off.

Follow up after calling Visa

Visa said that this problem sounded familiar and put me into direct phone conversation with IRTTIME. This was after I tried to contact them through theit website which was blocked. Visa acvised that because I gave them my credit card info to pay the shipping costs, ( ITR would not accept cash or a check) this was a probolem I had to resolve. IRT stated that I had 14 days to return the product but could not tell me how I was to know this info when there was nothing in writing stating this fact. IRT had charged me $97.21 for the Nov "free" item and sent another in Dec with the cost of $97.21. Neither watch was worth the shipping charges.
IRT agreed to return$46.51 out of the >$200 that they charged to the credit card. but gave me a confirmation number that cancelled the account.
I will see if they follow through on the cancellation.
