  I signed a lease wit FDGL in my office with a salesman who knew I run a lodging business and promised to provide a machine that would be properly programmed.  The machine that arrived was for retail, not lodging.  I returned it before I ever used it.  I called FDGL to get a return ticket and I provided them with a  tracking number.

FDGL has continued to charge my account $100.93/month since April 2017.   Several times I have emailed or called them to insist they stop.  The most response I get is for me to provide more documentation so they can investigate.  But nothing happens.  They just keep taking money from my bank for nothing in return.
