Isaq Katongole or Isaq Lwegaba as his name appears on his Ugandan passport.. Is a fraud.. He asks for money up front for documentation costs for exporting gold from Kenya. You soon find out that he not only issues and sends fake documents but keeps on asking for more money as he trys to get you deeper and deeper into his scam.. He should be avoided at all costs

Same passport and documents "issued" by government ministry of mining, they would not confirm validity. He's posting on LinkedIn to solicit business, but profile is faked. Barely literate in English, but claim a college degree from a Texas University.
