Because I still have not received my certificates YET!. Also the BBB said they belive this company DO not have a license to operate.

As an ex-employee, and with extended insight into the company affairs, I would like to set a couple of things straight here.

1. I can certainly appreciate the frustration of someone who purchases membership shares in an LLC, and then receives nothing. HOWEVER, according to a member of the iShop management (Lynne Birberg), the mebership certificates in question were sent out, and according to the US post office, they were signed for by recipient and delivered. Word stands against word here, and I'm positive that a little bit of communication could solve this issue.

2. No communication. On this is issue, I believe part of iShop international's management team is horribly at fault. HOWEVER, with a fair amount of inside information, I also know that there are some extremely diffcult issues of personal carachter lingering behind this behaviour, and while that is not exactly an excuse, I still wanted to supply that information in order to show that the INTENT of the managemnet team was (and still is), honest. Give them a little bit of encouragement for all the GOOD work they have done, and hopefully that will stabilize the communication problems.

3. Business license. Have no idea where this statment is coming from. iShop International is the dba name of a Nevada registered LLC named E-mall Solutions, and does have a license to do bussines in the state of Nevada.
