iShopUSA iShop-America Take the money and don't deliver Internet

iShopUSA/iShop-America seems to be a FRAUD. My order was placed on the 9 May 2011, they indicate a 5 to 7 day window for the 'in transit to warehouse' time frame before they go ahead to despatch the item. Today is the 27 May 2011 and the stauts of my order is still 'in tansit to warehouse'. I have sent numerous emails to querie the staus/hold up and for an update. They do NOT reply.
They have, however happily deducted the ammount from my account. This is unacceptable and shocking service for what is supposed to be a Veri Sign Trusted site!!

As is evident iShop has not even taken the time to repond to the report posted here. Eventually after tracking and posting on their Facebook page and getting the customer service email adress from their response, these are their replies to my queries:
By Facebook Wall: "Hello Darren, we are working on getting a status from the shop you ordered from. A customer service representative will be in contact with you shortly. Thank you"
By email: " We are currently awaiting response from the shop that you ordered from regarding the current status of your order.
We will contact you immediately after response from the shop.
We apologize for the delay."
So some progress, but still shockingly slow and unreliable. By the way, iShop took the money, not the supplier of my item. So the email response is flawed by putting the onus on the supplier.
