We purchased a time share with much assurance that a handicap accessible unit would always be available. The first time we made reservations and traveled to SC. we found the unit wasn't accessible. We had to stay in a hotel at our own expense. Three months later my husband suffered a stroke which made it more necessary for accessible facilities. As a result, we have never used it. Now I find I can't sell it.
