Yes they are at it again. Beware of these people they are in hot water all over the country. We settled this debt in bankruptcy over 12 years ago. Where they get off trying to collect on a debt and then puyblish a disclaimer on the back that says that they are not a debt collevtor if the debt was satisfied in bankruptcy court. Payment will only take money out of your pocket and will not satisfy the debt.
