Israel Horowitz - City Spaces FRAUD, LIAR, DISCRIMINATION, COWARDS, THIEFS , New York New York

It's time to tell the truth on Citi-Spaces Real Estate Services.   First the Real Estate Lic. Board should band Citi-Spaces from conducting any services and Israel Horowitz should be investigated by the IRS, INS, Dept. of Labor and truly be behind bars.   This company is a fraud !!!!  They advertise on craigslist phony apartments with false pictures.  The show sheets being posted on the windows of the establishment is false, it's a way to get people to come in and look for an apt. Agents lie all the time to clients and walk-ins, refunding clients of their money does not exist in Citi-Spaces, paying agents of their commissions does not exist as well, Israel Horowitz refuses to pay rent, clients, vendors, and most of all employees.   At one point ConEd had to shut down service because the bill was not paid for the upper east side location.  But most of all and the truth is that if you are not Jewish you will NOT get paid!!!! 

There have been many, many occassions where only one Jewish female agent would get her commission pay on time, and everyone else would have to wait for more than a month to get paid by Israel Horowitz.     Lets talk about the unexperience managers at these locations....everyone is stealing from each other, the financial books are all being COOKED!!!  Money is being mishandled from all different sides, people get hired and then they get fired.   Israel Horowitz is an abusive employer as being said and confirmed by agents and employees.  The big question is why put up with his non-sense and fraud of a company.   I can assure you that many people are looking for Israel Horowitz for money and the situation is getting worse.

Isarel Horowitz is a thief and he is driving the future of the company down the hill, so he deserves everything that is coming to him, because a company that is fraud does not last long, it doesn't matter that he's been on business for 4 years, I would expose this real estate company so that people will not be taken for granted.   Just look at the article that was written on :THE DEAL magazine week of July10th you will see the sad excuses and the lies that Israel Horowitz had to comment.

Readers....need a good real estate company?   DO NOT go to Citi-Spaces go somewhere else, do not trust this company they will rob you of your money.
