I received an official looking envelope with a letter inside which professionally told me I had won $1,400,000.00. In order to receive this money, I had to send Robert Richards/Prize Announcer, $19.99. I immediately got on the "Ripoff" site and found that this scam had been reported many times. Thanks, so much, Ripoff Report. I'm so glad you are on the Internet.
