Under guise of hie is on his way bak to Milan &doesn't want to paytaxes on the samples.
Previously was operating in northern CA
He approached me in the Walgreens paking lot in Peabody, Ma on 10/2/2014
I backed off when he wanted $300 for the woman's coat and gave him back the"free" coats
