I ordered the ring on November 18th it came finally after sending serveral meaasages and when I recieved it the stone feel out and it wasnt the ring I ordered and it was very cheap. I was under the impression that it was made and mailed from the united states but it came from Sinapore. I sent several message on the serciveitalojewlery . com and still no response after several emails
