Apparently, the ITO/International Ticketing Office has been busted by many sources, UNFORTUNATELY, unknown by my Mother who invested many times in the numerous looteries Mel Reeve promotes numerous times annually. via the ITO.
Please be advised the is a scam snail mailer!!! Over 2 1/2 years of her investing she was only notified that she had won a couple of times and each was under $10.00 and it would be reissued in the next stage or upcoming event!
