Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
ITP VOIP, Inc. has been charging me $15 per month for a phone line that has been disconnected for 6 months, and now they're threatening me with collections letters. They've been sending me collection notices every month, which increase by $15 every month for a phone line which does not work, and have been sending threatening letters from their "law firm" saying that they will take action against me if I don't pay them $75 for 6 months of service on a phone line that is turned off.
These scumbags are a total joke, deal with a reputable company like Vonage or just use Skype.

ITP is proud to say that we do not charge cancelation fees when cancelling an account. With that said, the customer never called in to cancel their account. Additionally they have our equipment. The customer never returned it, which is why they are listed as an active account. As an active customer, they will continue to get charged each month. If a customer wants to cancel their account, all they need to is call into our customer support center and request to cancel their account and return the equipment.
