I was a victim at ITT canton campus. When i first went to sign up, the recrutier told me that criminal justice was available but after everything was signed and finalize he told me that he made a mistake and that course wasn;t offered until summer semester. So make a long story short he signed me up for computers and electronics.
Three months into the semester i went to talk to my student advisor or whatever he was and a lady informed me thst he quit two months ago.i didn't finish the program because i was not learning anything but was always offered by some guy student for help if you know helped them out.
Now i;m being sued by sallie mae for not making my payments. i faxed a forbearance paper to stop my loans going into colllections but the collections company told me it was a third party loan sent out by sallie mae and that i couldn;t put it in forbearance.
i need help with advice before i go to court. i wish everyone else who has problems with both sallie mae and itt get together and get a class action law suit against them. or if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it. thanks

I attended ITT in Canton,Mi. My major was Electronics and Computers. After the second sememster of attending, I still wasn't learning anything. The so called professors there are a disgrace to teachers.
Also the school ratio for men to women is 80% men to 20% women. So as you can imagine the sexual harrassment that happens there.Besides the small things, the school lies about job placement, and credits transferring. I earned 12 credits and bascially they mean nothing.
I now own Sallie Mae $28,000 for the biggest waste of time. Which they have now semt to collections because i can put the loan in forbearance.(according to Sallie Mae). If there is anyone thinking about getting a loan for anything or attending ITT, DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!
Many other people are going throught the same thing so save yourself from all the stress now. Also if anyone has any advise with my problem it would be greatly appreciated.
