Emails showing that we were promised a refund
AUTHOR: JOHN H - (United States of America)

I have attached 2 emails showing that Mr. Bruner did in fact promise us a refund, he canceled the contract because we, our agent, the seller and seller"s agent were trying to contact him over a 10 day period. He refused to answer any of us and then out of the blue he sent this first e-mail closing the case. The countless calls and texts and faxes he is speaking of were in October after he did not follow through on his promised refund. Please do not fall for his SCAM or LIES! I guess part of being a SCAM MAN is that you actually have to believe the SCAM yourself!
I look forward to his rebuttal to this! It should be quite comical, we never got to eat the meal. Beware, you have been warned!

John/Sonja,
As it currently stands our underwriters still don't feel comfortable with this deal, and we can't provide a definite timeframe as to when your file will be 100% ready. Additionally, based on your attempted contact both yesterday and today and our inability to field all of your inquiries in a timely manner. We don't feel comfortable that we can adequately service your file. That being said, we'll be issuing you a refund for your services paid to our company. Please keep in mind, we process all payments the 1st week of every calendar month so please look for your refund in September.
Enjoy the rest of your afternoon.

Please note that Ripoff Report does not confirm any posted information prior to being posted on their website. Anyone can merely sign-up and post false information, as is the case in this particular situation (the owners of this site brag about this fact). As law requires, we offer a standard 3 day cancellation policy on all of our contracts presented to our clients. In this particular case the client did NOT cancel within the 3 day window, my company fully fulfilled the contractual obligations of this client's signed contract, yet they still want a full unconditional refund. Could one go to a restaurant order a meal, and eat it in all of it's entirety but still request a full refund? I think not. My company can provide before and after credit reports of this client's credit reports, to anyone whom requests them, to see the successful services provided by myself and my company.
It was necessary for my company to take appropriate measures with contact in regards to this client, as he was sending in excess of 100+ wasteful fax pages each day, and making in excess of 100+ meaningless calls to our business line(s) in an attempt to hinder business.
My company has countless customer references and testimonials. We'll be more than happy to provide them to any party whom asks.
