Ivory Brite ,Axis Wellness Portal A FREE SAMPLE Turned into a huge debit on my charge card! Burbank California

A consumer blog was placed by "Cathy's Teeth" (I think) showing before and after shots of how great using two different teeth whitening products worked for her. Several other testimonials were posted by other users claiming equal success. In the blog, she provided a convenient link to Ivory Brites, and Max White. (Who I later found out goes by several names) (AKA) Bright Teeth, Advanced Wellness Research, Axis Wellness.

I signed up for the FREE SAMPLE and my girlfriend used her card to pay for the shipping. ($4.99) About a week later we received the product and then 14 days to the day after we placed the order for the FREE SAMPLE, her card was hit for $88.97 plus ($9.99) from a third party company.

We called the bank immediately, not much help there. We had to cancel the card. I called all three companies. "India here!" Yes, I want to cancel my order and I want a refund for what you took out of my girlfriends account. Oh, I can't find the name, can't this, can't that! "Get me a manager!" "Oh, I am the highest level of authority and the best that I can do is process you for another months supply at a discounted rate that would give you over $600 hundred dollars of product for a great price... I hung up!

(Ivory Brites in Calif.) some guy answered there and said he would cancel the order, what he meant was, he would cancel any FUTURE orders. My girlfriends account was still debited for $88.97. On other reports I learned they will e-mail a confirmation for cancelation aas they did for me and charge your account again anyway. I would recommend canceling your card. This is an insidious scam and I am sure the masterminds are out on their yacht having the time of their life at the consumers expense.
