I bought games from PoCap games, then it was acquired by iWin Games, and eventually EA Games. When I changed computers and tried to reinstall the games, they told me I didn't own any of them and they refused to support them. Eventually one CS Rep relented and basically bought the games for me but I had to go through a games manager browser on the interenet to use them.

They were local, non-internet games when I bought them. Peggle, Plants vs Zombies, Vacation Quest, etc.

They emailed me that I needed to migrate my games from iWin to Pogo or lose them. The migration failed because they no longer had those games connected to my account. When I asked them to intervene, they said no.

So here I am, with games I paid for, have recieipts for, and have the activation codes for. All useless because they choose not to honor any of that.

Here is the final communication from "Larry" at iWin support.

"Unfortunately, we are unable to help you recover your games.

Please note that your games were originally purchased through PopCap, which, while owned by EA, is no longer in service. As a courtesy for those customers, many of them were given complimentary copies of their games through the Pogo Download Games Center. Because the Pogo Download Games Center is being discontinued, and because EA owns the rights to the game, iWin no longer has access to the PopCap catalog of games, which is why we are unable to transfer your game to the iWin website.

We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused."

These are lies for a number of reasons. One, I do not need to "recover" any games. They work right now, until next month when they will be remotely disabled.

Also, thoses games absolutely are in their catalog, as they are FOR SALE on their website. In fact, he suggested I re-buy the games I like. Amazing.

As I look through your site and the BBB site, I can see lots of similar complaints. There are zero positive outcomes. BBB accepts their lies and closes the complaints.
