This is a complete SCAM!!! I ordered some supposedly sample kit for teeth whitening @ $4.99. It came in the mail pretty quik. First thing I noticed was I was charged $5.99 instead. I thought wow if they're charging people an extra $1 they're making a killing! Not many are gonna be bothered about the buck. But I'll be D*#+!

A couple weeks later I'm checking my bank acct and these fools have illegally debited $88.97 from my acct! The bank says try to recoup first. They said they'll file a dispute against this company and advised me to take any and all measures to get my money back. I'm going to the media on this one! And an attorney if necessary!

Banks call this a scam

AUTHOR: Rbrown - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 12, 2009

What turns a company into a scam?

Could it be their adoption of unscrupulous business practices like, burying the truth in the fine print or hook the customer with a great promotion on the front end of the sale then gouge them on the back end with hidden fees and unrealistic return policies.

What if they are classified as a scam by your bank, like mine?

Celebrity Bight is on the bank's known scam list. They have a reputation for unscrupulous business practices, like to one listed above. When I spoke to my bank about the unauthorized charges and this company they knew all to well what had happen. The fraud investigator commented that they will go after your money with a vengeance and take as much as they can. I have seen this happen to many people.

I think it is great that employees (if they are real employees) can comment on statements. However, as much as you like to think you work for a reputable company, the truth is you don't. And that's not me saying it it's the banks of the United States.

BTW I'm not going to return anything either I spent enough money and time on this product.

Thank you.

Our terms and conditions, which you can not order a free trial without agreeing to, state our billing policy very clearly. For a full refund, contact our billing department and request RMA number. Use the RMA to ship back unused product and you will receive your money back. Our refund policy is also very clearly stated. We have come across this post numerous times, yet no effort has been made for an actual refund. Please refrain from flooding such forums with negative propaganda aimed at lowering the reputation of an otherwise respected and law abiding company.
