I replied to a FaceBook advertisement... Buy One Get One Free: Action Sports Camera. I was charged to my credit card $99:82 Dec 17th 2017, and after waiting and contacting them repeatedly, was just getting automated replies to continue to wait as demand was too high to fulfill all orders, from a support team at Zendesk a Karen, Rose and Summer, probably computer generated names. All replies sounding apologetic up to April 2018 when I cancelled the order and requested return of my payment, from then on it was just a generic reply saying my request has been received and being reviewed by the support staff !! Forward to Dec 2018 and still no word or refund !! After one year !!
