Beware cross-checked sales! They'll slam you for services you never wanted and never used, such as "SiteLock" and "Domain Club." Then, when you notice the pig's snout is in the trough, they'll inform you that it isn't their "corporate policy" to issue refunds.

Big old "RENEW" buttons in the GUI. If you want to turn off auto-renewal, start a chat with Tech Support. He'll guide you through the "Setting" links to the "Billing Information" tab to where you can finally turn it off.
