I had a trial order as well. through amazon. because it was 3rd party it doesnt show up in my orders list, they sent it without a number to dispute, the support email is support@ixcelhealth.com but that comes back invalid. there was no number included to cancel either

Hi guys,
I'm probably the last person alive who actually READS Terms and Conditions...but here is a link to the Terms & Conditions for this company.
http://tryiqplus.com/cb2/terms.php
Note, the company is not called IQPLUS. The company is called ThriveBrain, and they are the ones who are the source of the many many other companies using their products.
No lawyer can help, and trying to refute any purchase at the bank will not help (it's in the Terms - read them)
But there is also the REAL PHONE NUMBER included that you will need to cancel.
**Also note, that just by ordering with them, you are also enrolled in an "IntelliRewards" that, conveniently enough, needs to be cancelled using the same phone number.
Please read the terms you agreed to. And cancel before you are billed again. http://tryiqplus.com/cb2/terms.php
Just wanted to help. There's a lot of ripoff reports from people who never read their T&C's.
I just received mine yesterday, and cancelled it today. I was first offered a discount of I think it was 35%? Then I said no, I just want to cancel, and the lady offered me her "Best" discount of $75% off. I still just wanted to cancel. So she cancelled my "Trial" and said to expect a cancellation email to confirm it. I said "WAIT! Your terms also say that I'm enrolled in an IntelliRewards program and to call this number to cancel that one too, so please cancel that for me." She said "Yes, you are correct, I will cancel that as well. Please expect a cancellation email today to confirm your cancellation."
I asked her if there was ANYTHING ELSE I might be enrolled in and she told me there isn't, that was all. And repeated the "please expect a cancellation email...." thing.
I said "Do you have a cancellation number you can give me just in case the email doesn't arrive?" And then she gave me one. We were finished, I checked my email, and I also received my cancellation email.
Read these terms, guys. They contain the relief to your pain.
Happy to help :)
