Yes this company is only in business to make money . The values on the vehicles they sale are less then what is being paid. My deferred payment of $1200 for each car I purchased from them is about a third of what the cars are really valued at. Yet they are allowed to collect money in high interest and get away with this . How our state allows this I do not know. My first car purchased from them Was totaled after a hit and run . I'm 1996 vehicle that only require replacement of the bumper was totaled and their gap insurance covered the pay off of the car however JD by rider included the cost of the car before it was totaled in the next car purchase. During a repo (after losing my job) they allowed the drivers to Jimmy my car and take my valuables out of my car and not return them in the specified amount of time. Causing my family anguish and suffering in a loss of finances. They are negating responsibility for our laws and have lost all respect for me!!!

You failed to honor the terms of a financial agreement

“Fudge your finances on the paper to get you approved”

Did you sign a credit application that contained inaccurate information?

“this company is only in business to make money”

That is the primary purpose of any business.

“The values on the vehicles they sale are less then what is being paid.”

Potential customers have the option of shopping elsewhere.

“My deferred payment of $1200 for each car I purchased from them is about a third of what the cars are really valued at. Yet they are allowed to collect money in high interest and get away with this”

Your dissatisfaction with the cost and interest rate is a case of buyer’s remorse.

“How our state allows this I do not know.”

Usury laws limit the amount of interest that can be charged but the cost of merchandise is not controlled. It’s called American Free Enterprise.

“gap insurance covered the pay off of the car”

It’s most likely that the insurance company paid the market value minus the amount paid on the vehicle. You still owe the difference due on the loan.

You mentioned the repo but failed to tell us that you defaulted on the loan.
