Purchased a reclining couch from this business. Asked if it was a lazy boy & if there was anything wrong with it other then that some of the fabric was picked.
Was told no other then that it is in good working condition & yes it was a wall hugger.
Had to pick item up later that evening. Got it home, sat on it & the left side of the couch immediately broke
down. The one side had been shoddily patched & the other side has stress cracks & will need replaced also. When I called to alert them of this problem I was laughed at & told "Better luck next time".

Purchased a reclining couch from this business. Asked if it was a lazy boy & if there was anything wrong with it other then that some of the fabric was picked.
Was told no other then that it is in good working condition & yes it was a wall hugger.
Had to pick item up later that evening. Got it home, sat on it & the left side of the couch immediately broke down. When reported to the BBB they would not respond to requests for additional information & case was closed as unresolved.
They were given a D+ rating with rating scale from A+ to F
