j & t's tree service jay and tabatha quoted a tree to be cut down, asked for cash, never finished job, but took money and never returned indianapolis, Indiana

This couple showed up on a Fri to give me a quote for ! tree to be removed. They said they could be back Sat to do the job. Showed up over 2 hours late with no truck for hauling. They took the tree down, cut the limbs and stacked the wood, but ran into some so called "complications" with the chainsaw and asked if they could come back the following Wed to haul everything and finish the job. The whole tree was still in my yard, along with all the branches and mess. They have never showed back up. I have called them numerous times and they promised over 2 weeks ago to be here to complete the job. They asked for cash, and I paid them $500. I have a signed receipt, but have had to pick up all the mess myself. I took several pictures of before and after. I believe they are con artist and thieves. Tabatha asked to use the bathroom, and I think once she saw that we didn't have anything of "value" that they were wasting there time and already had what they wanted, the cash! I would hate for anyone else to be taken advantage of like I was. Please stop these people from ripping off anyone else.
