I ordered my hair in September with apromise of a 4-6 week production time. Paid almost $700 for this "Russian Fede" hair - basically drank the Kool-aid and got ripped off! Contacted customer service SEVERAL times and they would never tell me when my hair was coming. It is DECEMBER over 3 months no hair and $700 poorer!

I am so sad I wanted this hair badly- They will not give my money back nor have they delivered my hair. I have been ROBBED- Going to seek Legal Counsel and contact my credit card company in January. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE - buy your virgin hair elsehwere and don't get robbed like me!
