Jack Williams charged me for services not performed. I took my car in as gas milage was decreasing with 70k miles on the car. Jack Williams recommended new spark plugs fuel injection clean and as a side to flush my power stearing. The plugs were changed, but the power steering fluid was the same and the fuel injection clean was not done. These two not performed services cost almost 250.00 dollars I took my car to another service center to find these things out. Also when I picked up the car from Jack Williams my mileage went down 2.5 miles to the gallon after the service.
