Dr. Jackson went so far as to lie to OTHER medical providers who were willing to provide medical treatment. Santa Barbara, Goleta CALIFORNIA

In sept. 2015 I was intentionally hurt on my job, receiving a serious spinal injury.  4 days later i was intentionally hit by a car, this too caused serious injury.  As part of my insurance plan I was ASSIGNED Dr. Jackson as my primary care physician.  For 4 years I went to back specialists, hip specialist, knee specialist, and hand & elbow specialist.  Each time these NOTED  specialists were ready to do the surgeries neeeded, Dr. Douglas Jackson used his power as primary care physician to STOP me from receiving the surgeries.  His office even asked other medical providers to FALSIFY my medical tests.  

For the Record, the person who struck me with his vehicle is named Roy Jackson.  Dr. Douglas Jackson also was stupid enough to leave voicemails on my phone indicating his criminal intentions as further evidence of proof,  which i have in my posession.  

If you have serious need of medical treatment, DO NOT GO to any of the 4 locations he offers,  The evidence CLEARLY indicates Dr. Douglas Jackson is ONLY THERE to make MONEY, at the expense of YOUR HEALTH.  

 I have filed a medical complaint with the California Medical Board.  I have filed a formal criminal complaint with the department of Justice.  I do NOT WISH TO BE ANNONOMOUS.
