I was sent rose plants as a gift.  Within days of receiving them (dormant in the month of february) they were planted.  They never grew.  We had some extreme cold and hot weather and some plants got confused and were blooming late this year.

When I call in April to tell them that they were defective, they told me that my dormant plants were alive and needed sun and water immediately upon arrival at my door because Not the transit of five days and how ever they store them, it was not opening a box of dormant plants that killed them by two days?  Box is not marked to immediately open them or was this plant packed in any sort of moisture, it was shipped dry.  Katarina Jackson was the customer service representative that boldly stated this craziness.  Never order from Jackson and perkins because when I checked trusted pilot there were strings of complaints about them shipping dead plants and blaming customers.
