JACKSONS FOOD STORES Shell Company does not give breaks or lunch breaks. Says they don't have to. They said the have a special arraingment with State of oregon Hillsboro, Oregon

I wanted breaks and a lunch break because I have sugar diabetics and the company said they don't give breaks or lunch breaks we are to either eat between cars coming in. I told the manager we are so busy it was almost impossible to do sugar test and eat on the run. I was told the company does not have to give breaks or pay for breaks. I looked it up and Oregon does require breaks. As a result I was fired.
