This company sent my father a bill with no explainations of what, if any services, they provided. Numerous calls to the number provided on the bill go to voice mail and despite numberous calls on numerous days, no one has returned my calla. The calls go to a voice mail of a representative named Shandy. Many messages to Shandy and to the general line of the company have never been responed to. Is this a real company or a rip-off scam aimed at the elderly and infirm?
