Following an accident in the Jacksonville, Florida area in 2004, My elderly Uncle & his wife entrusted their motorhome for repairs to Mr. Wayne Murphy of Jacksonville RV Service Center. After very little correspondence from Mr. Murphy, My uncle had to put this matter on the back burner because of my Aunt's declining health. The last that he spoke with Mr. Murphy was to ask him to try and sell the motorhome for him as he was unable to leave my Aunt to travel and retrieve the motorhome. He has not been contacted by Mr. Murphy to this date as to the whereabouts of this vehicle or if it has been sold.

My uncle still holds the title to this motorhome and has maintained a Maryland tag and registration. All of the numbers that were available to my uncle concerning this business have been disconnected.

My husband & I live in the North Florida area and upon my Aunt's recent passing, we were contacted by my uncle asking us to please make a trip to Jacksonville to see if we could find his motorhome. He is trying to settle her estate and the motorhome was titled jointly.

We made the trip on 6/23/08 and although there were several motorhomes at the abandoned business, none of them were my uncle's. We took pictures of the place and talked with a neighboring business as well as a Jacksonville police officer. No one could tell us anything as to the whereabouts of the previous owner(Wayne Murphy)or where any other motorhomes might be stored. It was suggested that my uncle file a stolen vehicle report with his insurance company.

My husband & passed this information along to my uncle in Maryland who is contacting the DMV in Maryland as to the next course of action. What a shame that a business can just take something from someone and it just disappears. Shame on you Wayne Murphy/Jacksonville RV Service Center for taking advantage of an elderly, out-of -state person!

Wayne Murphy said I billed him for an additional 1,450.00 and he supposedly called me back to complain?  I never heard from him until I dropped off a an invoice ($1,033.90) with one of his employees at the Kiosk. I spoke with the employee at the Kiosk and asked him how the POS interface was working out and he said it was great and easy to use.  The orginal was very complex and Wayne wanted it to be very easy.  I know what I am doing and I am very good at it!  

Wayne Murphy called my husband and told him how I didn't know what I was doing and he refused to pay.  I had emailed and mailed him several copies of the Invoice over several weeks. The first time I knew he had an issue with the invoice was when he called my husband after I stopped by the Kiosk. When I finished the installation - I asked him for a check and he said he didn't have his check book with him but he was good for it.  He told me that he had to tell the guy that did some custom work on his Kiosk the same thing.

I never asked him to tell me what was fair and that he said 5 hours - that conversation never happened.  I offered to reduce the invoice by 7 hours in an email after he blasted me to my husband. I am always willing to compromise and make my clients happy even if I have to reduce the invoice - which is what I did.  I may not keep them as a client but I have never ripped off anyone! 

It was not my fault he had a delay in opening! I was there opening morning and the guy that installed the Kiosk said he had to make last minute customizations also?  I had to wait for them to finish installing it before I could setup the POS.

These were several other things he said that were not true also.

Yes Wayne - I plan to stand up for myself and tell the real truth!

Mary Blevins came to my home to work on POS system for business purpose's for perfect blend international.
She stated that she could come to my home and set the POS system up for me to begin business on Thursday the 23rd of February, Mary Blevins came by on the 22nd stated she could get the POS system up and running for business on the 23rd of February. Mary worked for 5 hours with all of our help, we came to realize that mary didn't know what she was doing at all, So she recommended that we keep the system running and she would work on it at her house through her computer that night for NO charge. She called the next morning the 24th stated that she worked through the night but she couldn't get anywhere at that time i told mary that the cash register/draw had opened that night she stated that she couldnt get anything to work for me to shut the cash draw at that time i did, she called back 10 minutes later stated she made a mistake by opening up the cash register/ draw that she would have the POS system up running now. told her that we would go ahead and open on saturday morning the 25th, She told us to take the POS system up to the mall and she would pick it up and take it home to program it and have it back by 10 to set up. She took it and brought it back. Dave hooked up all wires completely up for the POS system and finally opened up for business the 25th. Mary blevins cost our company 2 days down because she didnt know what she was doing we paid mary blevins 450 dollars for the 5 hours she worked on 22nd, she never said anything about any pay to me at the time of completion, mary then billed a invoice to me for 1,450 dollars more i called mary and told her that i was upset with the bill, that i thought it was outragious that i could of purchased a new machine for that amount mary told me, to give her what i thought was fair i told mary i would pay her for another 5 hours which would equal to 900 dollars. She said "Ok", at this point after reading what mary has wrote about our company i would like to respond and saying, That this lady does not know her business nor does she know how to work ok POS systems and her outragious billing should only be pointed out that if anybody is a rip-off it should be pointed at Mary Blevins.

My wife met someone at church who tried to help us with the theft of our money by Wayne Murphy; she was referred to a lawyer that deals with these types of crimes. This lawyer in turn happened to know the lawyer who was already pursuing another case against Wayne Murphy for swindling an elderly man.  

My wife and I went to meet with the lawyer and he told us how Wayne Murphy had swindled the elderly man out of his personal art work and out of over $100,000.00.   Since that time, the elderly man passed away, but the lawyer is still pursuing these criminals. 

 Wayne Murphy and Linda Murphy are liars and thieves and need to be put in prison in order to protect other people from criminals like these! Notice there is no rebuttal. The first lawyer told us the Murphy's house is in foreclosure.  What people like this deserve is a room with Berney Madoff!!

I was so upset at first and after reading other complaints on this site  I became more upset. 

Mr Murphy called and has reconsidered the reduced invoice and said he will send a check when he returns from out of town.  I feel there was a miscommunication and misunderstanding on both our parts.

I see that I am not the only one Wayne Murphy has ripped off. Wayne called and asked me to help him with a Point of Sale system that was previously used in a restaurant. He had parts of the system in several places, however, after figuring out what went with what - I was able to get it up and running.  I also helped him with his home wireless setup.  I was paid for these services.

He also needed the POS modified for his new coffee creamer business.  Over the next few days - I customized the Point of Sale system.   I also delivered and installed it in his Kiosk at the Orange Park Mall.  At that time I asked for payment - he said he left his checkbook at home.  He said I could trust him and to send an email with an invoice attached and he would send a check.  Of course now after his system is up and running and after several weeks of leaving messages - he is refusing to pay - even after I was willing to reduce the invoice by 60%.

If you are planning to do any work for this man - make sure you get paid up front.  Don't fall for the "I left my checkbook at home" scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off im going to start by saying you need to have all your facts straight before you go running mouth, espically about my parents, Jacksonville Rv Service Center has served so many people in the past 10 years, My Father has been awarded for all the great things he has done for that company. My parents have worked so hard for what they do and then people like you try to come and rip them off.

Some people like you try to come rip them :) .. and try to "post" something that isn't true its hilarious to see that you have nothing else better to do but get online and run your mouth.. i love the sob story about your family but guess what noone cares :).. espically me . I would love to see you confront somebody then put everything online.

I work for the company for 3 years and i never had anything or anyone tell me anything bad about my father . He is great man and just beacuse you, one person thinks you got ripped off "apparently" which probably isn't true..doesn't give your the right to mouth espically "lie" well you have a great day . and here's some advice "Build a bridge and get over it"
