I hired Jacob Harris to help me with my new start up. He was supposed to work on several tasks related to analytics, quantitative/qualitative Research & analysis and a few other tasks. He requested me nearly $5000 to start with his work. He said that due to bad experiences he could only work with a retainer. I was a fool who fell for it and I issued him a check. It has been nearly a year and so far I have got nothing in return, yes nothing but a vicious rip off. I recommend people to stay away from this piece of crap called Jacob Harris, he never delivers any work and all he does is to take your money. I called him several times and he did not bother to get back to me, not even when I told him that I was going to file a small court claim. This guy thinks he is smarter than anyone else but the time has arrived and his game will be over.
DO NOT HIRE JACOB HARRIS HE IS NOTHING BUT A SCUMBAG, A LIAR, A SHISTER AND A PIECE OF CRAP.

Charles,
I was working full time as a contractor at ARM Insights and CDK Global in 2015. I was not accepting small UX design contracts in the timeframe described. I don't know you, and I don't know what this is regarding, but I simply didn't take anyone's money for non-W2 work in 2015.
Please stop.
