In march of 09', my husband decided to get me a set of dreadfalls, knowing how much I had been oogling them. The total cost was 88$, and the "current turnaround time" was 5 weeks. That was 10 months ago. There was NO email contact at all until july of 09', when they apologised and said theyd have them right out. Then they emailed me and said it would be another 2 weeks. They have had more natural disasters/internet failures/alien abductions(ok kidding) than any place could possibly come up with. In sept of 09', after being completely silent for two months I was contacted by the hair extentions forum I had joined and was told they were currently responding to peoples complaints there. First they had no idea who I was, then they did and they were SOOO sorry.

Then on myspace they announced a sale on their dreads, AND halloween guaranteed delivery for these sales. These new people were going to pay half of what I paid, and get their hair in a fraction of the time? I hadnt even gotten mine. More emails to them scored a hit, they were sending them out shortly...huzzah! then nothing. Then mine were next on the list to be made. WHAT THE HELL?

Needless to say it has been 10 months, I havent heard from them since sept of 09'. I have no hair, and no money. Email after email has gotten me zero responses.
