Jaden Auto Works No registration and title for paid in full car. Luzerne Pennsylvania

Here is a tought for anyody that has had their car reposses by jaden's auto works......

1) did you receive a certified letter in the mail from jaden's auto works stating that you were late and/or car was being reposses?

2)did you receive a letter after the car was repossess that they picked it up?

3) was there ever a title or the registration with your name?

4) did you ever received anything in the mail from jaden's auto works?

5) who reposses your car and how?

6) is the repossesor bonded?

if your answer is no to anyone of the questions you are entitled to get your car back and some money out of the wrongful repossesion.....contact a lawyer and run this by him you will be amazed all the laws that jaden's auto works has broken and you has the consumer are entitled to your rights.

pass the word around to everybody that is in the market STAY AWAY FROM JADEN'S AUTO WORKS

Be sure to explain your situation and the time frame since i have heard that there might of been 2 previous complaints/investigations on this company

I suggest that you go to the state police located on wyoming avenue (route 11) in wyoming. ask to speak to the trooper that is in charge of dealers and file a complain on the spot and request that you get it in writing i have heard many horror stories about this place from a few people that have purchased vehicles from this place.
many have not received their titles and/or registration

*****PA VEHICLE LAW STATES THAT YOU SHOULD RECEIVE YOUR TITLE AND/OR REGISTRATION WITHIN 90 DAYS, ANY EXTENSIONS THAT ARE GIVING FROM THE DEALER AGAIN AND NOT FROM PENN DOT ARE ILLEGAL ********

If you get stopped by any law enforcement officer your vehicle is and can be impounded if your paper work is not straight or if penn dot has not received anything.

DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THE LIES THAT THIS PLACE TELLS YOU.....within 90 days you should receive your registration and/or title if you have gotten any extensions from this place do the right and park your car, (1) contact your local police department and file a complain, (2)then go to the state police on route 11 and file a complain make sure you show up in person to these places, (3) contact penn dot and ask to speak to the person head in charge of dealers complaints dont wait for a recording ask to speak to Kathy (last name pending.....when it hits me ill type it in.) (4) contact a lawyer


If PENN DOT has not received any paperwork on your vehicle purchase within 90 days there is a major problem either the car is stolen, there is no title or there is serious issues with the car.


again if it is near 90 days of the original purchase of the vehicle (not the extensions) follow the 4 steps above you are risking your car to be pulled over and/or impounded just beacuse this place is doing wrongfull bussiness
and the impound fees come out of your pocket.

many people have fallen to this bussiness wrongfull scam. also if you are making payments on your vehicle stop making then until you get a title (LEGALLY JADEN'S AUTO WORKS DOES NOT OWN THE CAR). IF THREATEN WITH THE VEHICLE BEING REPOSSES ASK FOR THE PAPERWORK THAT SHOWS JADEN'S AUTO WORKS THE RIGHTFULL OWNER.(right paper work is : Title stating the registered owner(Should be you), Lienholder(should be jaden's auto works),

if you do ever get the title and/or registration check to see what it was put down for (at penn dot) and what your pink slip says you will also see that you got ripped off there COMMENT THAT TO PENNDOT

Don't believe any other comments that say i am a happy customer that most likely is a friend, owner of the bussiness.

ASK TO SEE THE TITLE OF THIS VEHICLE ALL DEALERS ARE SUPPOSED TO KEEP A COPY (DATING BACK TO 2 YEARS)OF THE TITLE OF THE VEHICLE (PREVIOUS OWNER) THEY CANNOT DENY TO SHOW IT TO YOU IF THEY DENY IT THERE ISNT A TITLE, FOR THE VEHICLE THAT MEANS IT STILL BELONGS TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER (VEHICLE NOT PAID FOR, STOLEN I WOULD SAY)

AND THE PREVIOUS OWNER CAN LEGALLY TAKE THE CAR FROM YOU EVEN TOUGHT YOU HAVE PAID THE DEALER FOR IT......AGAIN SORRY FOR THE HEADACHES YOU ARE GOING THRU GOOGLE JADEN'S AUTO WORKS YOU AINT THE ONLY ONE.

I came across the comments and complaints made against jadens auto and would like to say that over the past two years I bought a vehicle for myself and also my daughter. From the second I pulled into the car lot I was greeted with friendly and professional service. Every question I had was answered and also got two vehicles that I am still completely satisfied with. They also have detailed and mantained both of my vehicles with also no problems. As for my titles and registations, I have recieved them both in a timely and legal manner. There is not one complaint I have for this company. I will continue to do business with Jadens and would recommend to anyone to buy their vehicles from there. Also there detailing is done to perfection and the most convenient I have ever experienced. Some people you just can't please.

I have purchased 2 seperate vehicles from jaden's and both times I have received my titles. My first purchase was a toyota 4 runner in cash and I had to wait about the standard 30 days for the process to be complete and receive my title and registration for my vehicle in the mail. The second Vehicle was purchased with the buy here pay here program and about the same 30 days I had my registration with no problems. paperwork moved smoothly and my title I just I finished payments for the vehicle I received that as well. He was very HELPFUL with this Buy Here Program due to I was late on a few payments since I was injured at work. Its very hard to come accross car dealships that offer courtsey like that. I would recomend purchases from there always and suggest to others looking for a vechicle.

it is funny that i have come acroos this report about jaden's auto works,
i used to work at a restaurant in wilkes-barre and there was 2 fellow employees that have had similar incidents with jaden's auto works,
1) amanda bought a blue caravan of them all was fine and good at the begining the owner (jade) was friendly and there everytime she called to finalize the deal of course there was money involved but we will get to that later, long story short 6 months after she bought the van on payments no registration, always called and the lame excused that harrisburgh was backed up but yet everytime she called harrisburgh they had no record of the paperwork, transfer etc..... she got stopped in philadelphia and the van got impounded after many attempts to get the van back she could not due to the fact that jaden's auto works never sent in the paper work. she attempted to get it back but the owner could not be found everytime she called the dealer and asked for him, sadly all the money that she wasted back and forth from pliadelphia to plains (jaden's auto works) and the deposit was lost due to jade playing games and not sending in her registration.
2) Sarah also bought a car from there on payments almost a year later and she has not gotten her registration she also called harrisburgh and they have no record of the transfer or vehicle being under her name, same lame excuse that harrisburgh is backed up

if this was me i would of have had them closed an reported them to every agency out there, the more i know of the people that jaden's auto works and their staff rip-off the more sickening i will pass the word around and hopefully more people will come forward and stop this bad bussiness that is still operating.

for the coment that was made by the employee i hope that you have a different excuse for the other 2 customers that have the same complain against you guys beacuse believe me i am going to pass the word and this website around to everybody that has a bad experience with you guys. weekender award i think it is set-up i am going to get in contact with the editor and ask them how they judge the awards if they are many unsatisfied customers with jaden's auto works i will also send him a link of this report.

There was some miscommunication between Jaden's Auto Works & the Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles in Harrisburg. As for the title in question, they title was recieved. The owner did offer an apology for any inconveniences because of the situation. As a used car lot the objective of this company is not to shy away the customers, but to have customers return for many of the other services offered at this establishment. As with any company some situations do not always go A+ 100% correct. Mistakes are human nature and are avoided most of the time. Our reputation does speak well of us, 3 years running Weekender Choice Best Used Car Lot in Northeast Pa.

SUE!

It's a civil matter, unless you can establish that the car is stolen.

You should consult with a competent attorney and sue them ASAP!
