Jag plumbing Gary Ruffier Ripped me off did not do work agreed overcharged Toledo Ohio

Beware of j a g plumbing and Mr Gary r u f f i e r he came to my home on January 9th 2023 while I was in the middle of doing other work on my home also he was referred by my electrician who barely knew him but thought he might do a good job he comes in looks over the job and the other room tells me he's going to give me quality work a new drain cold and hot quality hookups and new vent tube for my dryer to the outside of the house quotes a price of 1500 doesn't even leave an estimate sheet since he was referred I figured he was going to do good quality work and give me good quality parts then on January 16th one week later he sends two guys out Joe and Rob who comes an hour early and complains that they were there an hour well they came before the appointed time anyway doesn't even know completely what all the job entitled because there was no paperwork they was supposed to put a new drain some good plumbing some good faucets good vent too they leave for 45 minutes to get some cheap PVC plastic they did not put a new drain in they used cheap very cheap materials to put in some plastic plumb lines they did not put in a new drain and I found this out later when they left they charged me $1,500 for 3 hours worth of work where they patched pieces of plastic into my old drain put some cheap faucet connectors and elbows and then charge me $1,500.

I later called in an A+ rated company plumbing company in Toledo to investigate and see what they did the work they did was inferior and they didn't even do the drain they pieced in some plastic pipe about 6 ft worth of cheap 50 cent per foot PEX line the cheapest elbow plastic you could use used my vent tube to do it use my parts and then charge me an enormous amount this A+ rated company that came and gave me an estimate said they could have used better products and done the whole job for 565 including tax out the door Mr Gary ruffier tells me he doesn't have an hourly rate and charge me $1,500 three times what it should have been when I try to call him he will not respond he does not respond to text he does not respond to phone calls he will not give me my money back that he cheated me out of so I am taking him to court I have filed the appropriate papers my attorney told me to send him a demand letter I was asking for 900 back letting him keep $600 which is very gracious since the work he did wasn't even worth 500 still no response beware of Jack plumbing they came to my house then left for 45 minutes to try to go get a little piece of PVC pipe patchwork together did not complete the work as he told me all I got was a receipt for this way overpriced ripoff scam beware of Gary ruffier and Jag plumbing in Toledo Ohio they are located at 2911 116th Street Toledo Ohio 43611 fire beware I am asking my attorney if I may make some flyers and put them throughout the city to mourn them of this company they are total ripoffs and thieves
