Team of professional scammer- billers who routinely bill for unsolicited services or for services not actually rendered. If actual service is requested, client's best interest is of secondary concern at best--and apparently may not even be a consideration. Mr Varner's "legal" team is the reason that this author moved his business affairs out of the State of West Virginia.
