This is a warning to home owners in the Palm Springs CA area to be aware of contractor James John Angle of Angle Construction in Desert Hot Springs CA; he has proven to be a true rip off artist. If you have a remodeling project or construction work that needs to be done, don't call James Angle because he is unlicensed. He is also a convicted felon who spent time in Federal prison for ripping off 4.5 million dollars from home owners through his defunct company Angle Construction. The investigators also got him for using some of the stolen money to buy and distribute drugs (meth). He even brags about ripping off the Mexican Mafia for the drugs.

You may also find out about how bad his services are by contacting Dr. Heller who was ripped off by Angle when James Angel broke a waterline in the doctors rental home in Indio CA, he admitted to the tenant that he caused the damage but then told the doctor he did not and left it to the him to do the repairs. You can also contact Mauricio Monjaraz of Cathedral City and some of his work crew who James Angle used then did not pay them for over a week worth of their hard work. Or call the work crew who think James is a low life for telling them he was a church going Christian but then one of the workers sees him at a local strip club called Show Girls and paying the girls, this happened after James recently got married. These workers believe James has gone back to his life of drug use and this is the reason behind his actions.

James Angle ordered over 4k in tools and equipment then told us it was part of a receipt for our construction project. By the time we discovered the problem he was no longer working for us and had stolen all the items. Angle is in the company of three other individuals by the names of Johnny Gonzalez, Carlos Flores and Frank Escobel, all four individuals are currently under Riverside County Sheriffs investigation for stealing over 3K in material from our project and James is currently being investigated for the tool and equipment theft as well.

So if you want to save yourself from a major headache, (which we are still feeling) don't go near this guy or his friends because he royally sucks as an unlicensed contractor and as a person.
