My name is James Arthur White, ( aka : Jimmy, Art, Jimbo ) and I am a professional con man and liar! I have done more people out of money than you can imagine. I am a convicted felon for grand larceny and insurance fraud IN 1996 AND 2001. I ware a huge gold ring I got from the insurance company I worked for but it doesn't match my ego ! I'm the man. My mother, father, brother and sister, as well as two sons, have nothing to do with me. I spend my time alone. I guess they are ashamed of me!

I consider your caring, loving, generous nature a weekness and take full advantage of it! Anyone with "Christian" morals is a good target. You are the easiest to manipulate because of your giving spirit! I prey on your kindness as a weakness.

If I want to move in at your house or condon, you need to think that over also. I have no intentions of giving you any money or paying even one of your expenses. I will take all I can get from you and give nothing in return. I still want to spend my money on manicures, pedicures and having my eyebrows waxed, so don't ask me for anything. I will have some excuse to give you nothing.

I like to visit all the expensive stores at in Ormond, Fla You know the ones I'm talking about....Nostrums, Apple, Neiman Marcus, Belk, Dillards etc.

Because only the best will do for a man like me. I don't wear imitation stuff either, only name brand for me. I also thrive on viewing expensive real estate , thinking one day , I will hit it big. I like to drink Crown - Reserve , show off my big gold ring , I don't like waiting in lines . You will never here a conversation of me on the phone , I always walk where I can ' t be heard talking . I like to talk a big game , talk to business owners about selling their business , knowing all the time , I can't buy it . I consider myself a high roller although I use somebody elses money.

I plan cruises and trips to Vegas on somebody elses dime. Probably yours! This is another way I feel I can impress my unsuspecting marks. Also I make money off of car deals I arrange for you. About 500 dollars a deal, of course you won't know that either. I like to think I am smarter than everybody else .I have moved from Charlotte, NC to the greater Ormond, Fla. More wealthy people living down here , I go where the money is . I like living close to the Daytona Speedway, where I will be selling race car sponserships to my victims. Since that is my business , sports one marketing , selling racecar sponserships. Somebody is going to get took .

Do not loan me any money, if you ever want to see it again. Also, if I want you to plan and pay for a cruise and I promise to have the spending money, its probably won't happen. So it's not a good idea to do that. I'm not going to give that back either. If I want to drive your car somewhere, that would be a real mistake.. I would probably be gone for a couple of days without explanation. (because in my mind, you owe me that).

Bottom line, I have NO credibility or conscience cause after all I'm the man. I don't care if you struggle or loss everything you've got, as long as I can get what I want from you! I am pleased to take you for all that I can ! I am currently looking for my next victim, so beware.....it might be you!
