Sent him payment via cashiers check, said he would ship item upon receipt, did not. Continued to delay and stall and lie with excuses. After 2 weeks, all contact ceased, no response to emails or voice mails, operates with someone named Kimberly Whisman (likely) out of Kuna, ID, via PO box. Common fraud, larceny. Hides with amateur radio callsign KI6NKZ.
