I have been a very close friend and business associate of Jim Park for most of their life. Jim has a way to convince one that he is trustworthy and your friend but he has a very evil side that enjoys it when he can scam you in business and destroy your personal life. Time and time again Jim has done this to me and I have watched him over the years do it to others in both business and personal life.

Jim in fact gets great enjoyment of putting one over on people who trust him. In the beginning would always forgive and he would be very apologetic then do it again so I have distanced myself from this person. I have never seen him to an honest business deal he just gets pleasure from hurting people. I have seen him take advantage of elderly people who are not in their right mind and take everything from them and leave them homeless with nothing and he finds this funny.

I have tried for many years to convince him that committing fraud and scamming people and committing criminal offences was unnecessary because he had money but he just got a thrill from it. He has embezzled money from people and when caught convinced them not to press charges because he would pay the money back but never would.

In relationships he only would pretend to "love" someone who had money so that he could scam them out of what they had then dump them with nothing. At the same time he would be sleeping with countless people of both sexes and doing all sort of bizarre sexual practices.

I am writing this as one of his money victims and the many broken people whom trusted him, believed in his goodness but there is none and he took advantage of them with his charm to destroy them financially and emotionally.

It is very hard to understand a person who enjoys the suffering of others with no morals or idea of right and wrong. Who leave a trail of lives that he has ruined and yet he just goes on to the next victim.

Even as a child he used to threaten his parents who would scold him and even his parents became terrified of him since they felt this evil nature in him so that his treats were real. His parents used to tell me that he used to torture cats, dogs and other animals to death slowly to watch them die. They took him to may professionals to try to council him to find out why he had this evil nature and even brought in a priest to see if he was possessed but nothing worked.

Please if you run across this person please contact me and I will be happy to fill you in further on him but I must protect myself and not reveal who I am since I am scared as to what he could do to me. I know him better than anyone and know what he is capable of horrific acts to those who reveal the truth about him.
