Called this guy because Michigan doesnt allow for driver's license restoration without a religous transformation(A.A.).
He claims Colorado will give you a license if you have passed the 5 yr limit of revocation under Colorado law even if your home state refuses a "clearance letter".
He charges a $1000 and sets you up with a hearing with the Dept of Revenue to clear your license to drive in Colorado-with very little imput from Forslund,and a week later without any written confirmation-you are told that you can apply for a license-after all the hours of hassle at the driver's license bureau-you wind up with nothing.
The license never comes to your mailbox and nobody knows what to do about it. Forslund says he has no time to deal with your"issue" of not getting the license. The Dept of Revenue claims they sent it but tells you to re-apply -again- and again. Driver's license never comes.
It is rather clear that Forslund is exploiting a conflict in the law, on paper, and you will NEVER get a valid driver's license under his terms.
After all the hassle of moving to Colorado and spending 4-5 hours each time at the license bureau-along with an obviously bogus hearing -you are left with no recourse.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUSE IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE!

We found out about this report three years after the fact. We have been unable to identify this individual. Our best guess is that he asked us questions on the telephone and tried to accomplish getting a license on his own. We have helped others with similar issues.
