i submitted request for legal opinion on an appliance  i bought and paid them the amounts demanded. i was told that i will be alerted by text or mail when the result will be ready, this was on Feb 19th 2017.

Todate i have not received any alert and no reply yet their web site indicate that they had responded and asking for new question.

If this is noy day light robery i do not know what else to call it
