I was contacted by an individual named James Oliver. He said he was from the US Federal Grant Department and that I have been preapproved to recieve $7300.00/year for 4 years. He knew my name, age, DOB and email address. He gave me a number to call in Washington DC (202-780-9783) to talk to a "Senior Account Manager" with my approval ID #. I immediately got on this website and saw that I was not the only one and never called the number. I informed my bank of the situation and they are monitoring my account.
